WHAT WE DO

We help entrepreneurs and business owners get what they want out of their business.   The system we help businesses implement renews the company’s vision, focuses on the future and solves issues once and for all.

Justin Cox, Expert EOS Implementer

WHO WE ARE

I'm Justin Cox, a third generation entrepreneur. Growing up, the family business was often a topic at the dinner table and I knew from an early age that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Over the last 15 years, I've had the opportunity to be involved in starting, investing in, or acquiring 15 companies.

Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, I was on the team that started Magnet 360. Magnet 360 has been recognized on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies and by Forbes as one of the most promising companies in America. Implementing EOS helped Magnet 360 grow from 40 employees in Minneapolis to 400 employees across the world.

As a Certified EOS Implementer, my passion is seeing entrepreneurial leaders grow. The 40+ companies I've led through the EOS process are regularly recognized as the fastest growing and best places to work in the Twin Cities.

What is EOS?

EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®) is a complete set of timeless concepts  you can leverage to run your business.

What makes EOS® unique is its simplicity.  It is easy to understand and use, holistically addressing all issues rather than applying spot-treatments to your business.  It works in any entrepreneurial company and across all business models because the system is founded on time-tested methods and principles, not business management theories.

EOS will help you achieve three things:

  • Vision. Getting the leaders of your business 100% on the same page with the vision for your organization: who you are, what you do, where you are going and how you will get there.

  • Traction. Helping your leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing consistently to do things well and achieve every piece of your vision.

  • Health. Helping your leaders to become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team, because leaders often don’t function well together as a team.
